Welcome!
Em hotep and welcome to my little website. This is my humble attempt to:
1) honour the Names (that is, gods & goddesses) in my life through online shrines, and
2) provide a somewhat easily digested guide to just what Kemetic Orthodoxy is and what that means to me.
I personally would’ve loved to find a site like this around the time I was new to paganism and kemetism. I enjoy reading about other faiths in this format, and my hope is that other people do too. I also enjoy reading about others’ experiences and impressions of Netjer, which was an added drive towards creating my highly personal online shrines. :)
Keep in mind that this site IS personal. These are ALL personal impressions, individual truth and my own beliefs – they are NOT to be taken as ultimate “truths” of any kind, because everyone, including every kemetic orthodox, is different. Faith is personal! And this is my expression of mine.
I’d also like to add that I’m involved in other faiths – I’m pretty eclectic – and so the content here may reflect far more than merely kemetic orthodoxy. Here you may stumble across information that may help any pagan, solitary kemetic or whatever – I reserve the right to muse freely, and not constantly tell myself off for not adhering to purely KO opinions and thoughts. Just to get that straight. ;)
This site is under constant re-evaluation and change, as my own opinions and beliefs evolve, so do drop by from time to time.
